Small Shed’s Fresh-Squeezed Maple Lemonade (Petit Appetit)

Juice from 1 lemon (about 1/4 cup)

1-2 T pure maple syrup

16 oz. sparkling water

Place all ingredients into a pitcher and stir. Pour over ice and serve.

Makes 2 1/4 cups.
