Bananas Foster (Steve Salipante)

2 T unsalted butter 1 banana 2 T brown sugar 4 T rum 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp cinnamon pinch of cloves Melt butter over low heat, add bananas and other ingredients and cook over low heat until in caramelizes.  Serve hot over vanilla ice cream.
