UPDATE: Dissertation turned in, so its official! I successfully defended my dissertation yesterday, Friday, June 6. After I turn in my written dissertation this week, I will have earned a PhD in Genome Sciences. Here is a photo of me during my defense talk, taken by the very proud Ruolan.
