This was my birthday gift from Anne and Brian, and it was truly a restful, peaceful and lovely vacation. We stayed in a great house right on the beach that was a restored fishing cabin built in the 1950s. The house was wonderful and the views incredible. We slept with the windows open and could hear the waves, and the sunrise (when Will woke up) was incredible with Mt. Baker in the background. There was a blue heron that visited everyday, a bald eagle, deer and lots of baby crabs and sea anemones when the tide went out.
