Pasta aubergine (roasted tomatoes and eggplant)

Carolina red BBQ sauce

1 1/2 c apple cider vinegar 1/2 c ketchup 1 T brown sugar 1 t salt 1/2 crushed red pepper whisk everything together. More or less of each ingredient can be added to taste.
