Earlier this week Amelia was pestering me to let her watch a movie. I told her she could do anything else but watch a movie. She looked me straight in the eye and said, “fine, I want you to read me 1,020 books.”
This morning Will and Amelia were snuggling with us and started to get a little restless. Amelia was poking Will to make him laugh and he was squirming all over. Quickly he grabbed her hand and said “Nice to meet ya.” It worked for distraction, for all of us!
